Eleven years ago, I started my own cake business, Cake Their Day, which has since grown into what is now known as Crumbs & Country. Life has changed a lot since then, but one thing has stayed the same ... my love of creating beautiful cakes for all types of celebrations.
I create cakes, cupcakes and sweet treats for every occasion. From Birthdays, and christenings to weddings and everything in between.

Meet the baker
I'm Vicki, 34 years old, and mum of two boys.
My love of baking started as child, baking with my Grandma, and my passion for it has grown into my own business.
From making my own celebration cakes, to baking them for friends and family, my love for it grew. Before I knew it I was making cakes for so many people I ended up quitting my job and going full time. Now, eleven years later, it has turned into the business it is today. l'm completely self taught and have learnt all the skills along the way.
It has also become a business that I've been able to shape around my life - from looking after my horses, animals and then my children. Which has been amazing and something I am so grateful for.
